Don’t leave tempting but unhealthy treats in your house. Remove all unhealthy choices and you will not give into temptation. This will make it difficult to have the foods that are bad for you within easy access, which means you will not eat as much of them.

Having people around you that support your weight loss goals is highly recommended. Even when you are at the end of your rope, your friends can cheer you on and help you stay on track. Look to others when you need some help.
